Companies Receive Awards for Excellence in Service
Long Island based company wins Gold Medal
HAMILTON, NJ – The Northeast Spa & Pool Association (NESPA) has recently named its winners for the Awards of Excellence Service Competition. Local company, Ultimate In Pool Care, Inc.of Bay Shore, NY has been awarded the Gold Medal for their exemplary customer service and customer relations.
This year fifty-seven (57) companies submitted two-hundred entries between the Builders Competition and the Service Competition. The numbers of companies entering is up from the recent years indicating the pool and spa industry is started to see a turnaround from the “Great Recession.”
“Many companies competed for the award this year with competitors being separated by mere tenths of a percentage point in many cases. The award is a way for us, as an association, to show our gratitude to those members who remain committed to excellence in service.”

The purpose of the awards is to recognize and reward NESPA members whose servicing and repairs of pools are partnered with excellence in customer service. The recognized companies meet the challenges while maintaining a positive, accommodating and informative attitude with their customers.
