The Northeast Spa & Pool Association (NESPA) has awarded the Ultimate in Pool Care a Gold Medal in 2018’s Outstanding Achievement Awards for its Local Company Customer Service Competition. Highlighting exemplary customer service and customer relations, the Ultimate in Pool Care competed against more than four dozen companies which submitted nearly two-hundred entries between the Builders Competition and the Service Competition.
The Ultimate in Pool Care previously won Gold and Bronze awards in NESPA’s Service Competition. Competition for these distinguished awards continues to be high as these awards are viewed within the industry as a benchmark of professional achievement.
The purpose of the awards is to recognize and reward NESPA members whose quality of service and repairs is also paired with a high level of customer service. The recognized companies meet their professional challenges while maintaining a positive, accommodating and informative attitude with their customers.
