The Ultimate in Pool Care Does it Again!

Company Receives NESPA Gold Award for Excellence in Service!

The Northeast Spa & Pool Association (NESPA) has awarded the Ultimate in Pool Care a Gold Medal in this year’s Outstanding Achievement Awards for its Local Company Service Competition. Highlighting exemplary customer service and customer relations, the Ultimate in Pool Care competed against several dozen companies which submitted nearly two-hundred entries between the Builders Competition and the Service Competition.

In the Service Competition, each company was judged by their customers, who were asked by NESPA to rate the customer service they received over the last year. The companies were judged on six categories of service which included response time, service performance for repairs, employee appearance and attitude, recommendations and overall performance.

“The customers have spoken and the message is clear. Our members continue to provide a high level of both professional service and customer service day in and day out,” said John Migliaccio, President of NESPA.

“This year’s competition was incredibly strong and really highlighted how our customers take note not only of our work but they way in which we deliver our services,” said Kyle Chaikin of Ultimate in Pool Care and President of the company’s Chaikin Ultimate Pools construction DBA. Ed Cohen, President and CEO of the Ultimate in Pool Care added: “We, the staff, of the Ultimate in Pool Care are dedicated to developing and providing our customers with quality products and services. The Ultimate in Pool Care previously won Gold and Bronze awards in NESPA’s Service Competition. Competition for these distinguished awards continues to be high as these awards are viewed within the industry as a benchmark of professional achievement.

The purpose of the awards is to recognize and reward NESPA members whose quality of service and repairs is also paired with a high level of customer service. The recognized companies meet their professional challenges while maintaining a positive, accommodating and informative attitude with their customers.
